Govt extends certain income tax-related deadlines in view of COVID-19
The Centre on Saturday said it has extended certain deadlines for income tax compliance, in view of the "adverse circumstances arising due to the severe COVID-19 pandemic". Sharing a list of the deadlines that have been pushed back, the Ministry of Finance said that the move came after it received requests "from taxpayers, tax consultants and other stakeholders" in India.
